CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation terms: Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a charge of 50% of the service total. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (“no call, no show”) will result in a charge of 75% of the service total.
